Hi, I’m Rachit Gianchandani
Born in Singapore and raised in Mumbai, I grew up between access and absence. That contrast drew me to healthcare economics and to questions about how limited resources are allocated. I am an international chess player, a footballer, and a taekwondo black belt, and I approach both sport and policy through strategy, discipline, and data. My research focuses on preventive healthcare, public insurance, and cost effectiveness, while my outreach work ensures families can actually access care when they need it.
